Dodge Announces Hellcat Production Boost

It's been about a year since Dodge unveiled the Charger and Challenger Hellcat twins—a full year since an absolutely insane 707 horsepower was unleashed on the roads and tracks of America. That insane blend of power and performance has been attractive to a lot of people—so much so that Dodge brand head Tim Kuniskis has announced expanded production for 2016.

The 2015 model year Hellcats only accounted for 4,000 of the 88,000 muscle cars Dodge sold this year (so far), but as fate would have it, that hasn't been enough to sate demand. While Kuniskis wouldn't put a number on it, he says Hellcat engine production will be "substantially increased" next year. We hope its enough to keep our Fergus Falls, MN dealership stocked!
